Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting the IT Operations Manager to supervise the technical team in the operation of IT infrastructure & data center facility, enhance the skill sets of the team in evolving information technologies & cybersecurity and collaborate with the user requirements to drive the implementation of new IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant experience in regional IT infrastructure support and data center operations in which with 2 years in managerial level preferably in manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management, analysis, and design of infrastructure architecture for new projects
- Comprehensive hands-on and management experience in various IT areas, including server, storage, office automation, data and voice network, virtualization, cloud heterogeneous integration, service outsourcing, system operation and monitoring, business continuity planning, and cybersecurity
- Good contract management skills with IT contractors and service providers
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently, think innovatively, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Travel to PRC occasionally
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisor, IT Infrastructure
