Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the management of the IT helpdesk platform, performing system administration tasks.
- Providing operations support, IT audit support, maintaining IT documentation, operation procedures and guidelines.
- Implementing security measures, coordinating with vendors, managing procurement processes.
- Developing & reviewing IT-related materials and handling ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in in-house IT administration and support
- Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Office, VMWare, Linux, and antivirus software
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently, think innovatively, and effectively solve problems
- Self-motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
