- Led change management and communication with industry stakeholders for introduction of Road Cargo System (ROCARS).
- Completed Business Process Reengineering (BPR) with 38 divisions of Transport Department.
- Successful deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to 15 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO).
- Completed 3 full system development life cycles for mission critical system.
- Proven track record of managing projects over 115 million HK dollar.
